Calculating Personal Year involves two parts. First, you need to find the Universal Year Number, which is the addition of all the digits of the current year. So the year 2019 will be 2+0+1+9= 12,

Then find out your Life path number by adding up your full Date of Birth. Suppose if you were born on 29th April 1995, then your Life Path Number will be:
2+9+0+4+1+9+9+5=39.
3+9=12.
1+2=3.
Now add up Universal Number 3 with your Life Path Number 3. 3+3=6.
So your Personal Cycle Number is 6.
